One Thousand and One Handbags is a pop up book collaboration between best selling author and paper engineer David A. Carter and acclaimed Dutch designer Hester van Eeghen.
The expressive shapes and lively colors of Hester’s designs take new life as illustrated by David A. Carter. The book follow’s Hester’s journey through life as a handbag and shoe designer, with incredibly detailed illustrations and pop ups from master paper engineer David.
The special edition of One Thousand and One Handbags contains the book signed by David A. Carter in a foil embossed casewrap with a silver and gold foil stamped slipcase bound in purple bookcloth and three limited edition enamel pins. Limited to just 100 copies.
