About the Artist

Heather Clements is an artist and muralist based in Asheville, North Carolina, who creates artwork that explores the interdependent relationship between humans and nature. Her recent work has focused on interactivity. Her first book, “Pull Me Apart” is full of pull tabs, spin wheels, and more. Heather is embracing her inner-most weirdo, and creating the art that most wants to come screaming out of her. Beautifully unexpected, the work Heather makes truly for herself turns out to be what has connected with people the most.
